Green Before/After School Care
 
All Sports Camp is excited to announce the Students With A Goal Program (S.W.A.G.) for children in grades 1-6.  The S.W.A.G. program will be hosted at Portage Lakes Career Center located at 4401 Shriver Road before and after the school day.  Transportation will be provided by Green Local Schools.

The following will be covered in the program:

1.  Researched-based literacy skills.

2.  Physical activity.

3.  Character and leadership development.

4.  Coding. 

5.  Goal setting. 
Yes, students will be bussed students from the Portage Lakes Career Center (PLCC)  in the morning and to the PLCC in the afternoon.  


The mission of this project is to improve the health and lives of the children we serve.  
Parents may drop their child off as early as 6:30am at the PLCC at door 6. A staff member will release the students to the bus at the appropriate time. After school students will be assigned a bus that drops them off at the PLCC. After care hours will end at 6:30pm and students can be picked up at door 1.
Supervised educational and athletic activities will be offered in the following areas: literacy, coding, character development, and a variety of sports game play.   A snack will be provided. 
We will provide a snack during the supervised educational and athletic activities.

All registrations and payments will be made at www.allsportscamp.net.  Credit cards will be automatically charged on Monday mornings.
Families will list those approved for pick-up during registration.  Picture ID will be required at the time of pick-up.
The following supervised educational and athletic activities will be planned: reading, writing, math, coding, service-learning, character development, and a variety of sports.
Camp will be not be offered on snow days, however we will offer camp on the following days during the 2017-2018 school year: November 7, 27, December 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, January 2, 15, February 19, March 26, 27, 28, 29, 30.

Yes.  Students from St. Francis school are welcome to participate and will be transported to and from the PLCC in Green.
Physical activity will be an option during the program.
We will post transportation information when it becomes available.  
Students form the intermediate school will be droppef off at 3:10 p.m.
Students from the primary school will be dropped off at 4:15 p.m.
The students will do their homework in a college style lecture room.
