2.  Your feedback is important to us.  Please contact us if you have any concerns, suggestions for improvement, or want to share a positive experience. 
 
3. Parents may make changes to their child's attendance schedule up to the Monday morning of camp week (8am).  Your credit card will automatically be charged on Monday of camp week.
 
4.  Parents may drop off and pick-up campers by entering Hoover Park off of East Maples Street.  Take a right, then left hand turn.  Continue down the access road until you see the site administer.  Parent may drop off their campers, then loop around to exit Hoover Park.
                       
5.  Please present photo ID at pick-up.  Once counselors get to know you, then we will release the camper based on the recognition of the adult.
 
6.  Main program runs 9am-3pm.   Free before and after camp services are available from 7:00am-9am and 3pm-6pm.  
 
8.  Please bring your child’s favorite book as we read for a half hour per day.
 
9.  There will be an option of slip n slide on Thursday at Hoover Park. 
 
10.  We will have an electronic sign-in and sign-out each day with a camp counselor.
 
11.  Families are welcome to sign up for additional weeks by logging into your account and adding weeks. 

12.  Please wear tennis shoes, athletic shorts, and a t-shirt daily.  Flip flops are not permitted. 
 
13. Camp policy prohibits all technology including cell phones, iPods, iPads, computer devices, kindles, fidget spinners and music players.
 
14. Snack time will be at 10:30am and lunch will be at 12pm (approximate times).  There is no access to a refrigerator.  We are a peanut free camp, thus please do not bring any food item that has peanuts.
 
15. Please see the site director for lost and found items.  Camp policy is to donate unclaimed items after 30 days.  Items of value will be held longer.  
 
16.  Please apply sunscreen, if necessary, before coming to camp. You may send a labeled bottle of sunscreen with your child.
 
17.  Please make sure you have the REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION or CHILD CARE PLAN FOR HEALTH CONDITIONS document on file if necessary.

Green and Walsh Jesuit High School
$165 per week for 4-5 days.  Regular rate $170.
$106 per week of 1-3 days.  Regular rate $111.

The before and after camp care is free of cost. Campers can come as early as 7:00am and stay as late as 6:00pm (or later by appointment). The daily program begins at 9am and ends at 3pm.
We group the campers based on age with an emphasis of friends together. Activities are age-appropriate.
Yes, because our camp staff strives to treat every camper like an All-Star. Individual improvement and fun are stressed above competing against other campers.
The campers will have snack time everyday at 10:30am. Lunch will be at 12pm each day. Campers are to bring their own snacks and lunch. Campers are also welcome and encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
All locations have access to indoor air conditioning.  Indoor activities will be planned on days with inclement weather. 
Campers are welcome to bring their own baseball bat and glove. We will provide bats and gloves for those campers who choose not to bring their own. All other equipment will be provided by the All Sports Camp.
Campers may sign up for the All Sports Camp one week at a time at each location. Campers are not permitted to change locations during the camp week.

Yes all field trips will be included in the price of the camp. There will be no additional fee for field trips.
