  • Credit cards will be charged on Friday between after 7am before the camp week.
  • Schedule Change Policy and Tuition Agreement
  • Camp will be hosted at Hoover Park on Walsh University's campus.  
  • Please bring your child’s favorite book as we read for a half hour per day.
  • Please wear tennis shoes, athletic shorts, and a t-shirt daily.  Flip flops are not permitted. 
  • Camp policy prohibits all technology including cell phones, iPods, iPads, computer devices, kindles, and music players.  In addition, fidget spinners are prohibited. 
  •  Snack time will be at 10:30am and lunch will be at 12pm (approximate times).  There is no access to a refrigerator.  We are a peanut free camp, thus please do not bring any food item that has peanuts.
  • Please see the site director for lost and found items.  Camp policy is to donate unclaimed items after 30 days.  Items of value will be held longer.  
  •  Please apply sunscreen, if necessary, before coming to camp. You may send a labeled bottle of sunscreen with your child.
  •  Please make sure you have the REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION or CHILD CARE PLAN FOR HEALTH CONDITIONS document on file if necessary.

Swimming Information

Swimming activities will be provided only for school-age children during the summer.  A lifeguard will be present at all times and staff will also be actively supervising children. Parent permission for water activities will be part of the online registration system.  Please remember to send bathing suits, towels and sunscreen for your children. If your child burns easily, please include a lightweight t-shirt that they may wear over their swimsuit. 


All campers will take a swimming test. Non-swimmers will be required to be in the section of the pool that is 3 ft. In addition, the non-swimmer will be required to wear arm flotation devices (arm floaties). The non-swimmer section of the pool will have extra supervision from counselors as well as the standard life guards at the pool. Non-swimmers will also have the option of participating in non-water activities by requesting this option to the site director.

We group the campers based on age with an emphasis of friends together. Activities are age-appropriate.
Yes, because our camp staff strives to treat every camper like an All-Star. Individual improvement and fun are stressed above competing against other campers.
The campers will have snack time everyday at 10:30am. Lunch will be at 12pm each day. Campers are to bring their own snacks and lunch. Campers are also welcome and encouraged to bring their own water bottles.
All locations have access to indoor air conditioning.  Indoor activities will be planned on days with inclement weather. 

What to Bring in Backpack - water bottle, towel, swim trunks, masks, sunscreen, hoodie, lunch, book, and snack. Please label everything.  All other equipment will be provided by the All Sports Camp unless communicated by the site director.

Yes all field trips will be included in the price of the camp. There will be no additional fee for field trips.

8:00-8:30 Group Meet and Greet ( know eachothers names)

8:30-8:45  Word of the Day (attitude and effort, etc.)

8:45-11:30  major sports, snacks

11:30-12:00 Recess

12:00-12:30 Lunch

12:30-1:00 Reading and quiet time (bring book or Journal)

1:00-3:15  Neighborhood Games ( Kickball, Dodgeball, etc…)

3:15-3:40 Camper of the Day and Clean Up

3:40 -4:00 Dismissal by Intermediate door
